New Beginnings Cottage and Camp Montagu, Klein Karoo

Klein Karoo gem in Montagu

New Beginnings offers accommodation in a cottage or camp site.

The Cottage with an outdoor swimming pool on the patio with mountain views of the valley, a lovely terrace and garden.

The cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower, a living room with TV and a well equipped kitchen.  Linen and towels provided.

There is a hot-tub and BBQ and lots to do in the area.

Cycling, hiking, fishing and canoeing.

This cottage is very popular amongst couples.

    “Wow! Wow! Wow! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning surroundings.
    The cottage was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure our comfort. The attention to detail and all the little touches, and treats (delicious cupcakes, fresh fruit, and freshly cut flowers) did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated.
    We spent the weekend admiring the view, canoeing in the dam, relaxing on the stoep around the pool, and watching the array of birds that flocked the fig tree right in front of us.
    Our dog had a ball swimming, playing in the garden, playing with the resident dogs and just having so much freedom.
    Sue and Stan were wonderful hosts. The communication was clear, friendly, and much appreciated.
    We regret not booking to stay for longer and I haven’t stopped telling people about this little piece of paradise. Can’t wait to be back!”

    “New Beginnings campsite is beautifully spacious, grassy site facing directly onto the farm dam. The small washing up area and ablutions are conveniently placed, clean and simple, and work beautifully, with soaps and towels, etc, provided . The braai is portable and can be moved from the braai area. We were not brave enough to try the hot tub (we camped in autumn) – but it looks fabulous!”
