Ideally located between safari and scenery. Kruger Cliffs puts you 30 minutes from Kruger’s Orpen Gate on a smooth tar road, 15 minutes from Blyde Dam, and 30 minutes from the start of the Panorama Route at Strydom Tunnel. Hoedspruit town with shops and restaurants is also 30 minutes away.

The Ultimate in Affordable Luxury

This is the only lodge within a 50km radius that guarantees complete visual privacy on both your cottage and ground floor deck. Stone and latte walls shield your space, and glass tile windows face away from the parking area. From your bed and deck, you’ll have uninterrupted views of the mountains and Mariepskop — our cottages sit right beneath it, on the edge of the Blyde River Canyon Reserve.

Traveling with friends? No problem. Cottages are built side-by-side along a drainage line, so it’s a short walk between front doors. Book neighboring cottages and enjoy a braai together. We also have a double cottage with 2 bedrooms and a sleeper couch for 2 kids.

Inside Your Cottage

Sleep: Sink into a king-size extra-length bed — available as a double or 2 singles. All beds have high-quality mattresses, soft hypoallergenic percale linen, mattress + pillow protectors, and are draped in mosquito nets. Air conditioning and an overhead fan in the living room keep you cool.

Splash: Every cottage has a private 6m² three-level plunge pool. Lounge at shoulder height, sit and relax, or let little ones paddle in the 15cm shallow play area. The shallow level also helps the water warm faster in the sun. Beach towels provided.

Shower: Choose between a large indoor walk-in shower with mountain views, or an outdoor rain shower for warm days.

Dine: Cook up a feast in a super-equipped kitchenette with microwave, 4-plate hob, kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. We provide Champagne glasses, braai utensils, coffee/tea station, 15L drinking water, and all basics. Braai equipment is on your deck — just pre-order firelighters + briquettes if needed. Dine inside or out — both areas have mountain views and shade.
Connect: High-speed satellite WiFi(SkyFibre) with 1gbps access points throughout the lodge.

Service: Cottage is cleaned before arrival and then every 4 days.
