Biography

We are passionate about sustainability and living a self sustaining lifestyle. Its a journey and there is always room for more. We bake our own artisanal bread, make our own cheese and butter from milk from our own cows, have an organic garden, lots of happy chickens, sheep horses, donkeys a mule, 2 pigs, ducks,turkeys, cows and I hope I have not forgotten anyone. We also try to give back to our community and are now mentoring upcoming entrepreneurs from the village to also benefit from tourism.
