We invite you to reminisce and be reminded of life’s simple pleasures…where time stands still and life is celebrated surrounded by space, art, and the grandeur of a long forgotten era. The elegant Sir Herbert Baker-style manor house is surrounded by 500 rose bushes, lavender fields and the tranquility of rolling lawns extending to the dam with an eco-pool…feel what it is like to swim in nature again.

The Villa

With a complete family-centered appeal in mind, the villa welcomes children into a relaxed, yet playfully energetic atmosphere. Watch in affection as they run about carefree, enjoying the safe and wide-open spaces.

The Pool Pavillion

The Pool Pavilion includes three bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchenette. The Rockit Family Suite consists of a king size bed and two single beds with full en-suite bathroom. The Full Bloom room has a King size bed and full en-suite bathroom and the Into the Wild room has a queen size bed and full en-suite bathroom. The Pool Pavilion also has a stunning swimming pool for guests to use.

The Manor House

The manor house has three en-suite bedrooms: The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with en-suite (bath and shower); the second bedroom (kids room) has a double and single bed with bath and shower (en suite); the guest bedroom has a double bed with shower (en suite). A state-of-the-art, central media entertainment area with fireplace to cuddle up at, completes the living space layout upstairs.

The downstairs living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room (seating 10), our sexy blue gin bar, tasting room with private cellar and drawing room/study/library with fireplaces.

Looking Glasshouse

The Victorian glasshouse is built around the 100 year old oaks and offers an intimate, sun-dappled venue for making memories with extended family and friends. The Glasshouse (complete with fireplace and artworks) is available for small, bespoke celebrations such as weddings, milestone birthdays and family reunions.

Reception Areas

Downstairs features elegant reception areas leading out to a breathtaking terrace; a spacious drawing room and library as well as a formal dining room complete with crystal chandelier. Exquisite art pieces and antiques further underline a feeling of old-world elegance.

The spacious kitchen boasts an authentic AGA stove, ideal for social cooking, shooting the breeze with the chef or just kicking back with a good wine. Alternatively, the stately mahogany bar, creates an inviting atmosphere to savour a special single malt. The separate king suite is ideal for company and features a balcony overlooking the crystal-blue pool. Adjacent to the sizeable swimming pool is a summer room and steam room as well as a jacuzzi.
